Customer Service CSR - Main Responsibilities
Our customer service roles are varied meaning no two days will ever be the same! They say variety is the spice of life and variety is what you get in ILead. Responsibilities include;
Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognized and maintained
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their needs
Answering customer’s inquiries and providing excellent standards of customer service
Ensure Adherence to processes to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at ground level
Involvement in motivational activities and implementing feedback and coaching
Ensuring data security
Increasing of the clients’ brand awareness through sales and marketing techniques

Requirements
Be able to work in the US legally- working visas welcome as well, unfortunately we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time
Must be able to commute to the office in Houston, TX daily
Must be 18 years or older due to client requirements
No specific background is needed, however, interests in customer service, business, sales, marketing, or hospitality is welcome.
